We love to eat salsa and the store bought salsas were lacking. They either had heat or flavor, but never both combined. So we decide to create our own salsa. We started in 1998, and after several attempts we developed the recipe that we are now using.

 Our family and friends that have tried our salsa loved it and told us that we should market it. After a few years we decided to see if there was a market for our salsa and we found that there was. Our Family recipe is made with four different fresh peppers grown here in Michigan for the HOT blend, and 3 peppers for  the Medium blend. We take pride in our process that keeps our product healthy and safe.
